Perception 2 Practice: Building the Complete Footballer
The Pre-Launch Course is designed to give every player, no matter their starting point, the tools to become the best version of themselves in just 12 months. This program blends football training with mindset, psychology, and life skills — ensuring growth on and off the pitch.
Unlike most courses that only focus on drills or fitness, P2P works on the whole player: their mindset, resilience, habits, and tactical awareness. Football is more than a game; it’s a way of learning discipline, accountability, and self-belief.
By the end of the year, players will:
Think differently about football — learning to see mistakes, pressure, and challenges as opportunities.
Develop accountability — by creating their own player contract to set standards and take responsibility for progress.
Build core mental systems — mastering the Checking System™ for awareness, decision-making, and focus, and the Transition System™ for switching between football mode and everyday life.
Learn how to train alone — using simple tools (a ball, a wall, a fence, a coat as goalposts) to keep improving when no coach or teammate is around.
Manage stress and recovery — through breathing techniques, mindset resets, sleep routines, and injury handling strategies.
Boost confidence through repetition — turning weakness into strength by practicing smart, purposeful drills.
Gain tactical intelligence — understanding positioning, roles, and how to read the game better.
Feel supported by community — joining weekly live sessions, group discussions, and having access to peers who share the journey.
What Players Will Gain
How the Pre-Launch Works
Weekly Video Lesson (Monday)
A focused 10–15 minute video that sets the theme for the week (mindset, skill focus, or tactical idea).
Live Coaching Session (Tuesday)
A chance to break down the video together, ask questions, and make sure the message is clear. No one gets left behind.
Community Support (All Week)
Players share progress, clips, or challenges in the group, helping each other grow.
Weekly Review Session (Sunday)
Reflection and feedback on how the week went. If needed, we repeat a theme to ensure mastery before moving on.
Flexible Progression
Players who grasp a concept quickly can move forward with extra challenges, while others can take more time without pressure.
