These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Perception 2 Practice Football Coaching Programme (“the Programme”), operated by Perception 2 Practice Ltd (P2P Ltd). By enrolling, accessing course materials, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.​

The Programme is delivered via our secure online platform (Kajabi), and payments are processed through Stripe via Kajabi Payments. All course content is the intellectual property of RSW Intellectual Holdings Ltd (RSW Ltd) and licensed exclusively to P2P Ltd.

1. acceptance of terms
By enrolling in the Programme, you confirm you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
If you do not accept these Terms, you must not enrol or access the Programme.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and/or emailed to participants. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility & Guardian Consent
The Programme is open to individuals aged 14 and above.
If you are under 18:
You must have parent/legal guardian consent to enrol.
All payments must be made or expressly authorised by your parent/guardian.

All fees include VAT at the prevailing UK rate. Payments are securely processed via Kajabi Payments (Stripe).
Option 1: Standard Plan
Initial payment: £450
Plus 12 monthly instalments: £48

Option 2: Split Entry Plan
Initial payment: £250
Plus 12 monthly instalments: £65
Total: £1,030
Option 3: Low Entry Plan
Initial payment: £100
Plus 12 monthly instalments: £78

By enrolling, you authorise P2P Ltd to charge your chosen payment method for:
The initial payment, and
Each of the 12 monthly instalments, unless cancelled under Section 5.
Failure to maintain valid payment details or complete instalments may result in:
Suspension or cancellation of access
Loss of any bonus access offers
Collection action for outstanding amounts
5. Bonus Access Extension
Participants who complete all 12 monthly payments on time will receive an additional 6 months’ free access.
Bonus access is:
Non-cash
Non-transferable
Only valid if all payments are received in full and on time.
If any payment fails or is reversed, bonus access will be forfeited.
6. Refund Policy
14-Day Guarantee
You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase.
Requests must be emailed to enquiries@p2practice.com. Please include:
Name used at enrolment
Payment confirmation or screenshot
Date of payment
Reason for refund
Refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 14 business days. Once processed, your access will be revoked.
After 14 Days
No refunds will be issued after the 14-day period.
This applies to upfront payments, instalments, and unused course access.
Cancellation by You
You may cancel future payments at any time, but:
Course access will end immediately
Bonus access will be forfeited
No partial refunds for unused time
Cancellation by Us
We may suspend or terminate access if:
Payments fail beyond the grace period
Terms are breached
Fraudulent activity is detected
In such cases, no refund will be provided.
7. Programme Access & Duration
Access begins once your payment is confirmed.
The Programme operates on a cohort basis. The start date will be announced once minimum enrolments are reached.
If start is delayed beyond a reasonable period (e.g. 8 weeks), you may request a refund.
Standard access lasts 12 months from cohort start.
Bonus access (+6 months) only applies if all payments are completed in full and on time.
8. Ownership of Content
All course content is the intellectual property of RSW Intellectual Holdings Ltd (RSW Ltd).
P2P Ltd delivers the Programme under licence.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use content for your own learning only.
You may not:
Copy, share, or distribute content
Upload or republish on other platforms
Record or reproduce systems/techniques for resale
Breach of these rules may result in termination of access and possible legal action.
9. Participant Conduct
P2P Ltd does not guarantee that participation will lead to professional contracts, scholarships, or specific outcomes.
Success depends on individual effort, background, and application of materials.
The Programme is educational, not medical or therapeutic advice.
10. No Guarantee of Results
You may cancel future monthly payments at any time by contacting us via email. However:

Cancelling payments before completing the 12-month plan will result in immediate loss of course access

You will not be eligible for the 6-month bonus access

No partial refunds will be given for time not used if cancelled after the 14-day period
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, P2P Ltd and RSW Ltd are not liable for:
Direct, indirect, or consequential damages
Loss of income, business, or data
Technical failures or third-party service interruptions (Kajabi, Stripe, etc.)
Injuries or decisions resulting from application of course materials
Participation is entirely at your own risk.
12. Data Protection
Payments are processed securely through Kajabi Payments (Stripe).
Personal data is handled in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
P2P Ltd does not store or have access to full payment card details.
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to deliver caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, technical outages, strikes, or government restrictions.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
